Cancellations
Any reservation cancelled more than 14 days in advance will not be charged. If you paid in advance, your payment will be refunded.

Changes
Scheduling changes follow our 14-day cancellation policy. We will do our best to work with you on rescheduling and room changes as much as reasonably possible.

Short-Notice Cancellations
If you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, we will collect payment, but will work to apply that credit toward a rescheduled stay.

No Shows
Unless you arrange to receive the door code ahead of time, please try to contact us even if it is well after check in. We are expecting you and would be concerned if you did not arrive.
You will be charged for your stay even if you do not show. No refunds within the 14-day cancellation period.

Deposit
We do not require deposits. However, look for our “Pay Now and Save” discounted rate on select rooms and dates when you pay in advance.

Concerns and Questions
Please raise any concerns you have with these policies and guidelines so we can discuss them with you.

Reservations may be made online or over the phone. A credit card or other assurance of payment is required when making a reservation.
If you have a gift card, e-gift card, or charity gift certificate, please call us for help making your reservation.

All retail purchases through our online booking site must also include a room reservation for an overnight stay.
If your online booking does not include the purchase of an overnight stay, it may be cancelled.

Check In: 3 PM to 6 PM
If you will be arriving later, please arrange for a contactless check in. Also be aware that we are often serving dinner at 7:00 PM.

Check Out: 11 AM

Early Check In
With early check in, your room might not be ready when you arrive, but you will have access to the farm and you can leave your things with us until it is.

Late Check Out
With late check out, you will need to have your room clear by 11 AM, but can remain on the farm till 3 in the afternoon.

Pets Allowed
You are welcome to bring pets with you to the farm. We request that you have a leash or kennel/carrier available if needed.

Extra Guests
There is a per-night extra person charge for certain rooms; you'll be provided with an inflatable mattress, bedding, and linens for each extra person.

Availability of Experiences and Retail
All add-on items are subject to availability. We will contact you if you have added an item to your reservation and there are any scheduling concerns.

Breakfast
If breakfast is included with your overnight stay, it is served at 8:00 AM. If you're unable to do breakfast at 8, let us know.

Dinner
Like all add-ons, dinner is subject to availability. Requests to add dinner must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Swimming pool and hot tub
You must adhere to all posted pool rules while inside the fenced pool area. We have no lifeguard on site: swim at your own risk. The same rules apply to the hot tub.

The Barn/n
The entertainment area in the barn (the “Bar/n”) is a recreational space for guests. The bar is not tended and we do not sell or serve alcohol.

We Have Dogs Onsite
We have very friendly livestock guardian dogs on our farm. They protect our free-range livestock and may like to keep you company when you are outside.
»
Working farm
This is a working farm with livestock animals and daily farm work activities. Please be careful. Be sure to close every gate you open.
